What’s Included

When you rent a room at Elite Studio, you’ll receive:

• 24-hour access to your room.
• Your own key and secure access code.
• 24-hour CCTV coverage around the building for added security.
• On-site car parking.
• Use of all utilities, including electricity, heating, and water.
• Access to our staff room.
• Complimentary tea, coffee, and drink station, including use of the coffee machine.
• Use of our large commercial waste bin.

Rental Terms

• One month’s rent is required in advance.
• A security deposit is required, with the amount depending on the square footage of the room being rented.
• Tenants are responsible for paying their own business rates, where applicable.
• All rental agreements are subject to our terms and conditions.

Our Expectations

To maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for everyone using Elite Studio, we ask that all tenants:

• Hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate. This must be arranged through Elite Studio and registered in the Elite Studio name where required.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and respectful working environment.
• Comply with all health and safety, safeguarding, and building policies.
• Respect other businesses and clients using the premises at all times.
• Ensure they hold appropriate public liability and professional insurance relevant to their business.
