“It only takes one person to give someone a chance at life”
At The Elite studio, we started with the goal of providing the support for children with learning difficulties and differences and giving them the chance to make something of themselves and give them a chance at future endeavours. Through working with multiple councils, we have established ourselves as a trusted brand that delivers recognised alternative education.
Empowerment, Inclusion, Individuality.

We started The Elite studio with a simple goal in mind:
creating meaningful opportunities that guide our students toward paid professions, ensuring they are equipped with both the confidence and skills needed for lasting success.

The Elite Studio is where community meets empowerment. We're proud to collaborate with Pathfinder, YoT, Social Services, Norfolk County Council, UET,
West Suffolk College, and more.
Together, we're boosting student success and adding a creative flair with Bubbly Hub. Join us in shaping a brighter future, one student at a time.

Features include 11 fully functioning rooms designed to meet diverse needs, such as a professional salon, vintage-style shop, snack shop, kitchen, Massage room, Japanese head spa, Zen Den, and SEND Den. Each space offers unique opportunities for support and growth.

As a director and co-founder of Elite Studio Alternative Provision, I created Elite from my own experiences of feeling unsupported in mainstream education. Those challenges shaped my vision to build a provision that truly understands individual needs and offers meaningful alternative pathways. Leading Elite allows me to turn lived experience into positive change for young people every day.
Creating Elite Studio came from my own struggles in mainstream education and watching my children face the same challenges. I wanted to build a space for those who feel they don't fit the traditional system, a place the celebrates individuality, supports wellbeing, and helps every young person realise their worth and potential.
Working at Elite Studio has given me the opportunity to build a career I can truly be proud of. I love being part of a happy and supportive environment where everyone encourages one another to grow and succeed. Most of all, I enjoy working alongside the children, seeing their progress and knowing we've made a positive difference in their lives makes the job incredibly rewarding.
I am a mentor at the AP, specialising in beauty studies, and I am passionate about supporting and inspiring students. I became a mentor because I love teaching while continuing to learn new skills myself. I’ve enjoyed getting to know each student, understanding what helps them thrive, and being part of the journey as I’ve watched both the students and the business grow.
Working at Elite Studio Alternative Provision has been incredibly meaningful for me, especially because I understand first-hand how challenging mainstream education can be. My own struggles allow me to genuinely connect with students, meet them where they are, and support them in ways I once needed myself. Being part of Elite means helping create a space where young people feel seen, valued, and empowered to thrive.!
At Elite Studio i am a hairdresser and i also work with the young people we have in to teach them about my experiences and being involved with the alternative provision has been an amazing opportunity to have. Hairdressing has always been my passion and has always been something i have wanted to share with my clients aswell as my students.
I am a mentor at the AP that teaches beauty.
I wanted to become a mentor because I really enjoy helping people, individually for them to achieve life goals and aspirations with my support and knowledge.
So far on my journey I have been getting to know all students and understanding their individual interests to help them reach their goals in learning all things beauty.
Working at Elite Studio as a support worker has been a really rewarding experience for me. I enjoy building positive relationships with students and supporting them both emotionally and practically in their learning journey. Being part of a team that genuinely puts wellbeing first makes the work meaningful and fulfilling.
