The Alternative Provision
Elite Studio EA Ltd is a specialist alternative provision based in Thetford that combines education, mental health support, and vocational training in a creative and supportive environment. The provision was created to support young people who struggle within mainstream education settings, particularly those with SEND, SEMH needs, anxiety, autism, ADHD, school avoidance, or barriers to traditional learning.
The Elite Studio focuses on helping students rebuild confidence, improve wellbeing, and gain recognised qualifications through practical, hands-on learning. Their approach is centred around individuality, inclusion, empowerment, and providing students with meaningful pathways into employment and future careers.
The provision offers over 700 courses and delivers education in smaller, more manageable "bite-sized" modules to support learners who may become overwhelmed in larger educational environments. Students are supported by qualified teachers, mentors, and mental health professionals, with a strong emphasis on emotional wellbeing alongside academic and vocational achievement.

Elite Studio EA Ltd is commissioned by works Norfolk County Council, some of the teams we work along side are TES teams, social services, youth services, and colleges to provide bespoke education packages and alternative learning opportunities for young people aged approximately 11-25.
The organisation's ethos is based on the belief that every young person deserves the chance to succeed with the right support in place, regardless of their previous experiences in education. The provision also supports students beyond their studies by helping them build portfolios, gain work experience, recognised qualifications in bitesized packages and transition into employment or further education.
